Where foreign nationals can get a C3 work visa to Kazakhstan?

1. C3 work visa can be obtained at the Embassy / Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the country of citizenship of a foreign national on behalf of an invitation letter from an employer registered in Kazakhstan.
2. C3 work visa can be obtained at the Embassy / Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the country of permanent residence other than the country of citizenship, if there are supporting documents for long-term residence (residence permit, study or work visa).
3. Upon arrival at international airports of Kazakhstan, subject to a number of requirements. These are exceptional cases and visa processing is possible for citizens of countries where there are no consular offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or on the instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Inside of Kazakhstan without traveling abroad. The possibility of visa application in Kazakhstan depends on the citizenship, category of current visa and other factors.

Visa can be received in Kazakhstan if foreign national stays in Kazakhstan:

• under visa-free regime;
• on a B2 and B3 business visa categories;
• on a B10 private visa category;
• on a C2 family reunification visa category;
• on a C3 work visa category when changing the employer company;
• on a C9 study visa category;
• on a C10 private visa category for ethnic Kazakhs.

Passport requirements while applying for visa.

1. It should not contain additional entries, corrections, erasures, marks, reservations, entries, torn or embroidered pages;
2. It must have at least 2 blank pages intended for visas, with the exception of recipients of visas for departure from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. The validity period must expire no earlier than 3 months from the expiration date of the requested visa, with the exception of recipients of visas for departure from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. It must not have any marks on the extension of the validity period.
