02/06/2022
Do foreigners who have received the coronavirus vaccine need a PCR certificate to enter Kazakhstan?
- According to the updated border crossing procedure, a PCR certificate is not required for foreign citizens with a residence permit in Kazakhstan who have received a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 in Kazakhstan. Entry into the country is carried out in the presence of documents confirming the receipt of the vaccine (vaccination passport).
- In other cases, a PCR certificate with a negative result for coronavirus is mandatory for foreigners upon arrival in Kazakhstan, regardless of whether they have a COVID vaccine.
