Introduction of monthly reports on attracted foreign labour force

According to the Changes in the Rules of attracting foreign labour force, which came into force in May 2020, the new form of report on attracted foreign employees has been introduced. The report should be submitted to the Labour Department till 25th day of each month by employers regardless whether they have obtained work permits under intra-corporate transfer, standard procedure or according to the Clause 35 of the Rules on work permits issuance.

According to the Article 98 of Administrative Code of the RoQ the non-submission of the report will lead to the administrative violation (warning and fine in amount of 10 MCI in case of repeated offence).
