2. Submission of documents at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in China
After the invitation letter is assigned a registration number, a Chinese citizen applies to the Consulate of Kazakhstan in China for a single-entry visa of C5 category for business immigrants.
What documents will be required at this stage?
- Original passport;
- Invitation letter with visa support number;
- Photo 3,5*4,5 for visa application form;
- Visa application form;
- Medical Insurance;
- Medical certificate with apostille and notarized translation into Russian or Kazakh language (this certificate cannot be made in Kazakhstan).
- Certificate on the absence of a criminal record, with apostille and notarized translation into Russian or Kazakh language;
- Certificate of absence of a ban on entrepreneurial activity based on a court decision, with an apostille and a notarized translation into Russian or Kazakh;
- Confirmation of payment of the state duty.

3.Obtaining a multiple entry C5 business immigrant visa for a Chinese citizen
The visa is issued for a long-term stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The process consists of two stages:
– Obtaining confirmation from the Akimat. After purchasing a share in the company and registering the sale transaction, a request with a business plan and other documents is submitted to the Akimat. The procedure takes 15 working days on average. Required documents: copy of 1st page of passport in good quality, copy of previously obtained single entry visa C5, business plan.
– Obtaining a multiple-entry C5 visa for a Chinese citizen business immigrant. The procedure takes on average 10 – 12 working days from the moment of submission of the package of documents. When obtaining a visa, the foreign employee must be in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Required documents: original passport, 1 photo 3,5*4,5 for visa application form, completed application form, confirmation of payment of state duty, application, etc.
